Submission form for Cyprus Marine Life Catalogue project.

Please fill in all the details required below.  Please also note that by submitting a picture to us you must be the owner of this picture.  You may not download pictures from other sites and submit them as your own.  When submitting pictures you agree to allow us to use these pictures in any way we require for the purposes of this project of for usage on our website on for the promotion of the project.   If your picture is selected the name you used to submit the picture will be used in our credit section and that name will be displayed as the person who took the picture.

1.      Please give your real name or the name you want to display with the picture if it is used.

2.      Your email address so that we can communicate with your

3.      The date you saw the specimen and the picture was taken

4.      Where you saw the specimen/took the picture

5.      If you know the name of the species(common names are also accepted)

6.      Upload your picture.  Maximum size is 6MB.  You may upload up to 3 pictures
